The film follows the tale of five childhood friends who reunite when one of them comes up with the brilliant idea of heading out together on another drinking marathon after so many years. Gary King (Simon Pegg), a teenager trapped in the body of a 40-year-old man twists the arms of his reluctant pals into making their way back to the fabled pub – The World’s End. On their journey they soon realise that the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Finding The World’s End is the least of their concerns. The film is released in the UK on the 19th July 2013.
